The rocker that I found on Craig's List for only $40.
I went through at least 3 or 4 ideas on what to hang over the baby's crib, and decided that this was the least deadly.
Other side. Couldn't get the window because it was too bright.
PJs and socks. How cute are those little socks?!
The laundry basket is already full (of clean clothes). Yes, I'm already doing the laundry of my unborn baby.
Snail bedding.
The cutest little hand-made bear that I got at one of my showers!
Stick-on wall art that I found at Michael's.
Changing table stocked with goodies- including butt paste. Who doesn't need a tube of butt paste?
And a box of diapers and wipes on top so I don't have to bend over every time I change the baby.

The room is so cute! You did an amazing job. How did you hang those letters up? I am having the toughest time with the letters.
Erin, Tim did the letters. There were little nail holes in the back.
Such great memories. I painted Aden's first room (in Texas) and put in a chair rail while Larissa was out of town for a few weeks (she was about 5-6 mos pregnant at the time). We recently ran across the drop cloth from that paint job, with small samples of the paint from that room to give us pause before tossing it.

Elaine the room looks awesome! Trust me you will be glad that you are getting all that laundry done early because you won't have time to do it when she's here AND you will have plenty of dirty clothes and burp cloths to wash at that point.
Good luck on the water birth! You will probably freak out at some point during your labor and think you won't make it without the drugs but HANG IN THERE!!! You can and will do it and you will be SO GLAD that you did in the end!!! It's a crazy but amazing experience. :)

Before Max arrived I had all the cloth diapers folded and organized by style.. prefolds folded and ready to go. Now I just work from the laundry basket half the time. hehe
